You design stained glass projects just like you were using fabric. First you have a pattern or draw your own pattern. Cut the glass pieces, grind the edges of each piece to take away the sharpness, lay them out into your pattern, wrap the edges in copper foil, (Tiffany method) dab with some flux, then solder all together, wash and display finished piece.

Here is one of my specialties, the Here's My Heart series. A little winged Angel Heart. I have made hundreds of these, and they reside all over the world now!

I love Angels, and when you combine them into a heart it just feels right?

Very pretty - I have doneone what you call stained glass - we call it leaded glass because of using the solder. I have also done a few stained pictures, but it takes so long. My one experience is now in my room. I have not tackled another one. You have done some beautiful crosses/
