Congratulations - and good luck with being a new grandma. Anita Goodesign has a very cute set called Baby Monkey. I am putting the link, and if you take a look at the PDF file - the quilt is absolutly darling. I want to make it, but don't have a baby to do one for right now.

The new weekly free designs on ATW/ATM I am not sure which they use, is some adorable cartoon monkeys with heart in their hands. I downloaded them but did not take a detailed look at them as I was headed out the door as soon as I downloaded. If you are wanting real looking monkeys try Embroidery Library for some very nice designs. They are not free but they do have good prices on their designs. You can look back in the postings for Friday and get the site for the free ones with hearts. Friday was the 15th. The little monkeys on www.buystitch.com are very cute but I am not sure how they will stitch out. I have never bought anything from them. They are $1.90 each or if you buy the pkg of 7 or 4 or whatever, they are only $1.00 each. I just went to check on them and the Monkey's Bananas and the Monkey's with the numbers are very sweet looking. They have 0-4 and 5-9 on the numbers. The others were not as cute to me but you may like them. Good luck!

Here is a real cute site for baby blankets with a monkey as the buddy. I have made the giraffe, lamb, and a monkey. This site also has some cute monkey applique.<br />Congrats!<br />They also run sales on Friday sometimes or the weekend.
