My sister had frozen shoulder, had surgery, and it's all better. But, now the other shoulder is acting up and she is doing rehab to prevent full freezing. Do whatever you can to prevent it. It's not fun.

Carolyn, glad you are back. My thoughts and prayers for a speedy recovery. Now, as a teacher, I know that using your

Glad you came through everything. Do what your DR says. Keep up with your therapy and above all.... Do everything possible to avoid "Frozen Shoulder". I had it for about 2 years and don't wish it on anyone.

Carolyn I'm glad everything went well, now for the difficult part. Healing, please try to do as they tell you. I've seen cases where patients would not & then they wound up going back to surgery again to get the joint unfrozen, this is not fun. Bless u, I know it hurts to move it but it will get easier. *
