do you have an uzip program like winzip? or if you are running windows XP go to file, right click and click extract all this will ask were you want it them embrid can read the unzipped file

Lillian, you open both zip files exactly the same. So, open the second one like the first one. I am not sure why you are using Embird to open the zip files. Can't you just right click and extract all? That is what I do. I have XP on my computer.

It sounds like you only have one zipped file with half an alpha in it, but you'll need to get the other zip file to get the other half of the alpha - usually from the same site unless it was a hunt, then you'll have to go looking for it .. of course if you purchased it you need to go back to the site you bought it from and check that you paid for an get both zip files...hope this helps :)
