We are so excited to get such a bargain on this house, it needs work but we can do it ourselves, have to start checking what my husband has to do to get his builders lic. down there, but in the end we will have no mortgage. We are planning on staying with family while we work on it. should not take that long but have to stay here and make the money for now. So we will not be actually moving till next fall. will be going down to pass papers in March and make sure it is closed up, it was owned by the mother of the people who own it now, she passed away and the house was just left. they did clean her belongings out but have not even been in the house for over a year.

welcome neighbor, what part of florida? I'm about 30 miles north of Daytona Beach, congrats and just remember you'll be warm and toasty your first winter then you'll get used to being a Floridian and you'll turn the heat on when it hits 60! (giggle) don't laugh you'll see...... :-)

We are not plannning on spending summers in Fl to hot LOL we have a motorhome and plan on coming north for the summers, It is in Hudson just north of Tampa. Who knows now maybe we can see the Daytona 500 next year LOL

Hi Michele, each year I come to my sister for two months and 2 years ago I bought my Brother Inovis 1500 from a store in Hudson!! They are the closest dealer to my sister in Clearwater, very near Tampa!! So we're neighbors for 2 months each year LOL OH, I come during the winter because it's hot hear, just like Saudi Arabia so I have a change to the cold!!! Congrat's for the new home
