Even beloved "swiss knife" and not so free Embird doesn't - as far as I know.
I have Wilcom Truesizer, EOS and Tajima Ambassador (the free ones I know about) and they do not do it.

And from pes to art? Bernina's Editorlite version 4 did. I was forced to UPGRADE to version 5, (due to ver 4 not able to run on Windows 7) and now the upgrade does not convert pes to art!! And they don't tell you this. Why buy the upgrade then? Caught for a sucker! I am so angry!

I know my viking 4D will convert it but it is not free. I will keep looking for you though

Not 100% sure. But have you triead Pulse Ambassador? It´s free. Might work. I do convert all mine with this
