half the size. I haven't noticed this before, when I convert designs to pcs. I then tried to convert them in the Wilcom free program and they are fine. I have noticed that some designs do shrink a bit when converting to pcs, but never to half the size.

If you still have the original design, you might try converting it to hus and then to pcs. Make sure you are using the right size hoop also

I just downloaded one of the names in hus and then converted it in Pulse to pcs and again it shrunk to half.
I will sew one out this week that I converted in Wilcom and see how it turns out. Thank you for the suggestion.
