Not enough! About 8,563,678,000,002-same as national debt (give or take a few) and growing by the second :) I'm getting very picky about what I download, and if I know I won't use it, I skip it. I do like to browse the freebies, but don't DL very much there either.

on the whole, I do have a good third of alphas !!!

Hi, I'm somewhat new, member since Dec 09. To answer the question of when do you have enough designs... never. I have sewing buddies with almost 100,000 and are still purchasing and downloading new designs. By, the way, thanks to all of you who let us know of new free designs to download.

That would take too much time to count. I have 140 folders since starting with 4D Extra and about that many under 3D Studio. Each of those folders probably have 20-30 or more designs. Alphabet folder alone has more that 70 fonts with 26 letters each. Each of the 140 folders has sub-folders. Don't know about you but that's too much math for one day!!! ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT YOU NEVER HAVE TOO MANY!!!

My first cd I bought befor I had a machine to use it was 40,000 designs that was 3 years ago and I am still buying designs hense I had to buy an external Hard drive to store them all on its worse than a drug addict being a Stitchaholic will one ever realy have Enough!!!!!!!!!!

I to am getting more picky at which ones I download, but can't never seem to resist a alphabet. Also keep buying some I think at the time will use and haven't yet. NO,NO,NO, i find we can never have enough and out of all the bad stuff we could be addicted to this is the lesser of the evils so my thery is KEEP BUYING and downloading freebies this is my high for the day

Thousands & thousands & more thousands really too many to count. You will never b completely satisfied & will always see another u want to DL. You get a lot more selective as time goes by & pass a lot of them up but u still DL. *

Wow I'm glad 2 know I'm not the only addict & I've just started about 4 months ago.

An easy way to check on your number of designs -
High light all your design files and then right click on propery . It will tell you how many files and how may designs in total you have.


The last time I did this ,+- a year ago I had over 80,000 designs. ( I have been trying to only save the format that I use.(pes) But there are still some files that have more than 1 format of the same design which I must still sort out.
