If you had gone to the DBS forums you may well have got your wish, as they tend to get results very quickly! It is probably too late now to get this particular design before Sunday - but it is worth bearing in mind BEFORE you need another specific design.
I have been watching for a while, and it seems that the vote requests that are posted in this community only win if the DBS/Cuties are not voting for that category on that day.
They seem to have a very co-operative community set up, where they all back up any wish that a member has, with a 'first come first served' policy.
If you join in I'm sure you will be welcomed into the system.
