Copy the text that you want to read, then paste into google translate. If you go to the following link, and put the language to translate 'from' and 'to', and then click on 'translate', it will appear below.

I have put the google toolbar onto my IE browser and it has a "translate" option - I just click and it automatically translates for me. Absolutely brilliant. Alternatively, if you prefer you can use Babelfish (http://uk.babelfish.yahoo.com/ - save it into your Favourites!) you just type in the URL of the page you want translating and it does it for you.
