Yes it does work and if you want it for your tags it will be ok clear nailpolish also works and is cheeper depends what you are doing

Yes it works, but it is only another fabric glue so you can buy cheaper.

ok cool, so i can just look for a fabric glue instead of fray stop? i want to make my own labels and i cant find anything that i can cut that doesnt fray..

Yes I use it all the time, also in dressmaking, and it does work.
