The blue pen is a problem, will eventually wash out. However if you have ironed it, you may find it will not come out.

Sometimes that happens to me. I just keep wetting wetting wetting till eventually it comes out. How long have you left it? mabey that could be a problem

Try rubbihg alcohol or nail polish remover but b sure neither of these will harm your fabric. *
