Yes 25 -28 C is just the right temperature .I Know we have a fairly good climate in comparsion to most but the humidity can be draining-hot nights. We think winter(8-12 weeks)is awful, when the lowest it gets to,is 13C. A southerly buster with storms has arrived ,hopefully it has some worthwhile rain in it.Water restrictions for the last 5-6 yrs.We have noticed how our climate has changed in the last 50yrs & we are on the coast

Hi from another aussie, Yes the heatwaves continue... We had 40 C here just north of sydney a couple of days ago.... The thing is it is like living in the tropics at the moment as we are getting the hot, humid day which ends in a storm. I remember being in Western Samoa as a teenager & the weather is like it was there in October. I like warm weather but don't like the humidity that seems to go with it at the moment. Thank God for the people who invented the air conditioners... they are a life saver on these days.
Hugs,
Reggie

It is 3:30pm and 40.2°C in Gaborone (capital of Botswana) This is not unusual for February month, but still unbearable outside! Aircons run through the day and most of the nights. Enjoy!

Well today In Weaver, Alabama in the USA it is about 30 degrees and we have about 3 inches of snow on the ground the high for today is 42 I believe. We rarely get snow but if you watch the weather of the States you will see that the snow is unusual for Alabama.
But it sure is pretty as long as we don't loose power. Cause no power no nothing we are total electric at our house. Sara

I read your comment about the changing weather over the past 50 odd years and must say it is changing everywhere.
My family has lived in the interior of British Columbia, Canada for many generations and I can attest to the temp. change. My grandfather dated my grandmother by renting a horse and cutter with 2 other couples and sled riding on the frozen river. (Young people these days think they invented joy riding.) They used to cut huge blocks of ice out of the frozen river and store them underground to use for peoples ices boxes year round.
When we were kids it no longer froze solid but you could still build a skating rink on the shore quite safety.
These days it barely forms an ice crust on the very edge.
Yes there are big changes everywhere.
Vancouver is having a very mild winter but it is very gray and cloudy, I do wish for some of your sunshine. Its all that grass is greener thing.
