I got mine as a freebie from enchanting embroidery I went to the site but I don't see it there anymore. Perhaps you can email the site owner and see if she still has it? I know one of the dutch sites also digitized it but I couldn't find it sorry. I hope someone can help you.

I do have the name and emad of the lady in the Netherlands who digitised this design, perhaps you could email her and ask if you could buy it from her.
