I have never embroidered on silk, but I guess it would be be same as for any very light weight fabric. use your finest needle a 70 or 75 sharp and soft med weight cut a way stabilizer. Notice when you start the design if it looks ok, if you see tiny puckers, slide or float another piece of stabilizer under the hoop for added stability. Good luck sweetie. I recently embroidered a silk necktie, used a 75 needle and cut away stabiliser. That worked well for me. Good luck!

I copy and paste tips into a word document. When I need to find a tip I just "find" and a key word. I have 147 pages so far. :) I also have another document with 47 pages of tips on how to get around Cute, rules, computer tips etc. I have to reference them a lot. :)I can also use them to assist other Cute members.

that's exactly what I do too. I'm only up to about 40 pages though.
