If you can't buy them you can make them just scan pictures of those items and print them onto iron on transfer paper. That way you get the exact pictures of them that you like and you don't have to settle for what is available.

It might be better if you trace these things on to your patches using a light box and water soluble pen.
If you use iron on transfer, they may not wash out, and if you don't cover them completely with your hand embroidery, they would not look real nice.
Trace the pictures you want on tracing paper or grease proof paper, then tape them on to a light box. Tape the patches over the top and you will have no trouble seeing the pictures you want to trace.
If you don't have a light box, a lamp placed under a glass topped table does the trick, or tape it to a window or glass door.
