Does anyone know where I can find a 5 or 6 inch square with buttonholes in the corners?

I have a design but do not know from I got it. It was a freebie. I will ask the group and maybe someone can help me direct you to the site.

Have not seen Boshoff's design, so can't help you. Someone will, though. A blank 5 inch square with buttonholes in the corners would be nice to make one of those button hole quilts. Then you could add your own designs.
