Sorry, couldn't help myself Miss Lill....but if the engine is turned off, I though you should just turn it back on! hahahaha.

Hi - I also had the problem last night, but you can go through Google to the site and then you will be able to download the "o".

it is still there , I just DL .Try to DL another format and see what happens if you convert it. What format do you use.I did pes and that worked for me. hope it works for you too.

Thanks everyone, it finally came up like it was suppose to last night. Jerrilyn it was not because I sang to it. A "snakecharmer" I am not" LOL My singing would have kept it away forever.
