My DH truck ran over on my left foot, and it stopped right there. He was opening the gate when the truck ran over my foot. He had to get into the truck and go back to release me. He took me immediately to the emergency hospital and I spent all day there, taking pain killers and Xrays. The doctor in charge didnt see a major frature, he will submit the xrays to the doctors tomorrow, Monday, and I'm under pain killers and crutch to move. I tell you, I thought the giving birth pain was the biggest one, now I know it is not. I'm ok, just feeling a little grog because of the medicines. Anyway, the doctor, when he saw the truck he said I was lucky I didnt have any major fracture. I need your prayers so there is nothing else serious. Thank you in advance. Love, Yoriko

Hope they don't find any major damage but all the trauma on your foot will make it hurt, hopefully you heal quickly. The pain meds will make it hard to think but at least if you have the right ones they will keep the pain from being too bad. Praying for your quick recovery.

Dear Yoriko, I know how painful such a thing is although I had an axe fallen on my foot. Put ice in a plastic bag and fasten that to the foot. It help with the pain and swelling. Hope it will be better soon and that there will be no serious damage done. Hugs and kisses. Annatjie

Yoriko, sorry to learn of this very painful injury - I'm hoping & praying that your injury xray report is not serious and that a speedy recovery comes your way - I guess you are probably lucky that only one foot was run over - imagine how much worse it could have been if both your feet had been crushed!

Oh Yoriko so sorry to hear about this. Something similar happened to me. I done a canopy tour(where you slide throught the top of trees in a forest)and "crashed" my feet against a platform. Although no major fractures, the ligaments were torn and I still have problems today(3 years later) You should go for physiotherapy. It helps. Strongs

OMG! You poor girl, oooh I can feel how painful it must be. I dropped a bowling ball on my foot once and broke my big toe and three next toes and the pain was excruciating, but it would be nothing compared to having a truck run over your foot!!! Goodness, gracious! You will be so lucky if there are no broken bones.
Oh Sweetie I do feel so bad for you. AT least the pain should start to ease a little after 24 hours but it will still be painful enough to require medications.
Please do not try to do anything, you need to elevate it and rest it.
