Had similar problem, Seems to lose something in the transfer. Now all designs go to a thumb drive and seems to be better.

Did you try copying them from the CD and putting them in a folder on your hard drive? I'm just wondering if they wont unzip from the CD. Although I don't know why that would be a problem.

Try moving or copying them to the HD. Then unzip.

Save your designs to a folder then right click and ask to extract to File name it will put the designs in a seperate folder in that file with its own name depending on what program uyou use to write to your machine the format may need changing hope that helps Hugs Shazells

In my documents, make a folder for Pes. then download to this folder. Don't sent to a cd, just to a folder. Get back with us. maybe some one with more computer knowledge than I WILL COME ALONG. Good luck sweetie!!

In order to try and help you I need to know the following....
Did you download them directly to the CD, or did you download them to your hard drive and then MOVE them (or COPY them) to your CD?

What is the file extension? Is it .ZIP .RAR or .PES?
