Can someone please explain to me what reverse applique is?

It's when you stand on the other side of your machine to sew out your appliqué designs,

No, wait, that's wrong,

It's when you hold your appliqué design up in front of a mirror then try and stitch what you see in the mirror.

Nah, that doesn't sound right either,

Maybe it's when you stitch the design on a double thickness of material and then carefully cut out the top layer of material inside the appliqué outline.

Now that sounds much easier to do. LOLOLOLOL!!!

Sorry, I'm being silly, I think I caught a dose of March madness.
