Why do some designs keep popping up on the first page?

Of where? Designs by cuties? If so then because someone has posted an answer and that will bring that topic/design back up to the first page. HTH

I should have said the "ones posted by us" and "again," and thanks for your answer. So much to learn...so few brain cells left!

The more Cuties that comment on a design, makes it come up in front so others can see it. If the same ones keep coming up, they are very popular.
