welcome on cute. you can make a special folder to store the unzipped designs( look at sorval's answer to unzipp).does your machine work with usb-stick or floppy disc, or embroiderycard?if the design is unzipped and you put it on the floppy /usb or card your machine will recognize the design. Be sure you download the Pes-format. because that's what your machine can read.

Sweetie, I am computer challenged. All cuties that have been here awhile know that I need all the help I can get. Perhaps someone will come along and make this a better explanation for you. First make your self folder in my documents section. Name it any thing that you will recognize. Eg "My Designs" Later you can make folders for different categories and web sites. This folder is where you will download your designs to. I assume your format is Pes since you have a brother. Maybe someone will know about your model. So choose Pes format and click on it and save to the folder you just made in my documents. If it is a zipped file, single left click, then right click. You should have a whole column of choices. Look for Extract all or similar words and choose it. This is the built in program in your computer. Some people use Win Zip and other programs. If you are able to successfully unzip it you will have two folders, one with the zipper on it and a plain one. Maybe some can help at this point. Good luck.
