Yes, I am also having a problem. I click on my format(HUS) then I right click download and the, save target as, should be in darker print so that it could be clicked, but it doesn't. So what I've been doing is to left click and bring it up in my 4D software and save it from there. Is this the same problem you have? I don't know how to fix it!
