There was a free pattern for a onese that was cut and made into a little dress...would anyone know where that pattern is? I sure would like to make some....thanks much...Linda

1. This is similar one but it's for a baby with a drawstring at the bottom.

I've never seen a baby with a drawstring at the bottom - does it make changing easier? LOL

Linda, You can actually just stitch a skirt onto the onesie. Make the skirt like the one at Lynne Pinne and stitch it directly to the onesie. It's a lot simpler, especially for something they're going to outgrow so quickly. I did several of these for the triplets.

This really makes more sense than to cut..and they do only wear them for such a short time...thanks so much for your help.
