You have to read the instructions very well!!!! I could not get them to just download either. I finally decided to read carefully to see what I was missing. The site is very different from the ones I was used to just popping in and downloading. You have to go to your account and then read what to do after you save the designs.

once you have gone through all the process of putting in basket and checking out. Go to my account and than click on downloads. You will find them there

I know the protocol for downloading, but I never ever get a box with free shipping anywhere on the page....and when I go to my acct and downloads it always says the cart is empty...Chlo

I missed the first 3 because I didn't go to my account and assumed I had read the site properly but I hadn't. Finally I managed so have 4 and 5. so will need to buy the other they are so cute. Sally
