What hoop size do you use the most? The reason why I asking is because when I submit designs to designs by cutie, I create them for a 4x4.Is anyone interested in maybe a 5x7,or 6x10.

Hi, I use 4x4 and 5x7 for Husqvarna Orchidea in Hus format. Thanks for asking because nowadays most designs are in large sizes and then I cannot use them.

I have 4X4 and 5X7 hoops, and can use either. I just havent set up my 4-D Embroidery for the 5X7 yet, but MUST do that soon!!! LOL, Judy

You make it sound like a cumbersome job - it's just a few clicks with the mouse - I constantly switch between hoop formats in my 3D.

I only have the 4x4, so I am limited to what I can use and sometime have to pass up really cute designs.

Get Embird, many designs can be resized with it. The basic does lots and isn't expensive as software goes. It will adjust the stitch count as you resize. I have no connection with Embird other than I am a very satisfied customer.

I can use all three sizes it just depends on the type of project. I just put 6 small designs together that I will do in a 6 x 10 hoop for a pillow.

I use the 5x7 the most, but I do like the 4x4 for childrens things. I also have two 3 position hoops that I use occasionally.

4 x 4 or 5 x 7 are my limits--old machine, old software, old user!

I, too, have mostly posted 4x4 designs as a lot of older but still loved machine need that size, but some designs just ask for a larger size as the details get lost in the smaller and downsizing is no option in that case.
Keep up the good work!

I use the most often 4X4 and 5X7, for the embroidery for children. But I like also bigger size: 6X10 for largest designs

I can use 4x4 up to 7x11, but want our friends who need 4x4 designs not to be left out. One of the reasons I love this site is because we take care of each other. Thanks

I use my 5x7 more than I do my 8x8, 6x10 or 8x12. HOWEVER, I'm open for large designs too. :-) Thanks for your generous gifts to all of us.

Thank you so much for asking us. I love large designs, as well as the 4x4. My machines take almost anything up to a 12x14. So IMO do what works best for you and the majority of cuties. You're super to even ask!

The bigger the better, up to 360x150. I have tried to enlarge, keeping the density the same, but my viking se doesn't like it past a certain point. If you are ever able to do the cross larger, I would love it. You are my favorite cutie.

The next time I go to create a design for designs by cutie, I will start doing them in both 4x4 and 5x7 to be more versatile. So just keep a watch for any fsl posts from Sewinhuggs.
