Perhaps it would help clarify if the sentence next to the blue bird were read as: next daily free voting NOT AVAILABLE. Still seems to be some confusion. Or changed to: not available as free.

I had thought that, or maybe just not have a place to "vote" on the blue bird designs at all. I feel bad for the people who don't understand and get their hopes up for a design that they won't ever get for free. =[
