My DH is a great mechanic, I thought he was only for cars and I am surprised and happy he did it with my machine! He said that the machines, not matter which kind, should be serviced at least every 6 months, and I've been using it for over 2 years, without any service. Of course I clean and oil every week, but only on parts described on the manual. He did put everything appart, blew them with air compressor, cleaned them and oiled again. The grease was there, was very black and dirty, couldnt believe parts you don't see can get that dirty!

Please, have your machines serviced too :)
I have my baby back, and I'm a happy girl again!!! :)
Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers.
Love and blessings,
Yoriko

Yipee for you!! So glad you didn't have to take your baby to the hospital. My DH was a master mechanic before he semi retired, but I wouldn't let him take my baby apart. There's a big difference between a car and an electronic embroidery machine. Give your Hubby a pat on the back for me.

Maryjo, thank you! He seems to like everything that as engine, motor. He also fixed an old clock two faces for the city, I thought it was nice of him :)

Hurray for you, your DH and your machine. Good advice, but I pray for my machines because where I moved to has no support for my brand of machines.
