I have a bernina 430. I am having problems with the embroidery module. i continue to get the red computer on my screen indicating that i am not connected although everything is right. help

check your USB. Try using another one. Although I don't have a bernina, I have had a similar problem.

turn everything off and unplug your machine. Vacuum off the connections, dust can cause a misconnection.

Do you have your foot pedal plugged in? If so, the embroidery unit will not work. Good luck.

I don't have a Bernina but with my viking sometimes I have to reboot the machine or the computer. For some unknown reason it ocasionally loses connectivity.
