I just do not know what to do.... I am waiting for it to come back from the repair dept, and don't know what to do with myself... I suppose I could sew, but that is no fun unless I can also embroider on whatever I am making... I never thought I would be this way... hope it does not cost too much to get it back, or I will just have to buy another one...

I know what you mean, even when I plan on my machine being gone it still is a withdrawl process. sewing just isn't the same. Hope it doesn't cost a lot and hope it comes back soon.

Boo hoo for both of us. My machine is broken also. I look at my sewing room and think of all the projects I am working on and have yet to start. Who knew a machine could occupy so much of my life (and make me happy when it works) and so sad when it isn't working.

I totally understand......I go through withdrawl too. My machine is fine but my magic box is not working so I am limited to what I have on only the cards. Hope your machine is back to order soon. Hugs & Blessings.....Lyn 0:)

After christmas I also had to live my machine to repair, I felt like it took ages.
So I tried to repair and finished what I had on the side in sewing but I know what you feel, it was boring !!
Be patient and before you know it, your machine will be back up and runing better than ever !

Console yourself lehewj1, I was without my machine for 11 months, waiting for the part to be made and shipped to Australia (their story), so I learnt to digitise while I waited.
THEN, when I was diagnosed with breast cancer my darling hubby decided I REALLY needed a machine to keep my mind off things, so he took me down to buy a new Designer Diamond and they GAVE me a Brother 750 Disney machine along with it.
You know, I was still despondent over my first baby and didn't cheer up completely until it was returned to me. Go figure!!! I think it's just separation anxiety, regardless of how many machines we may have.
Anyway, take heart that your machine will be returned to you and working better than ever.
Hugs n roses, Meganne
PS, I didn't dare tell hubby that my Cute family was all I really needed to keep my spirits up. LOL!!!
