Wow 44 years as i told my husband of 38 years,Its a long time with one ole man HA!HA! You need to take a bow not many of us left that reach these numbers May God Bless You & yours Carolyn

Carolyn,you are right that there are not many married that long. We are very blessed to have 44 years together. I am praying we have at least another 20. My grandparents were married 66 years. so it is possible.

Congratulations to Lynn and her husband on reaching 44 years of wedded bliss.
I have been married the same time as "Noah" 38 years and she is right there's not many of us left at this number of years.
We've got a great commercial over here in Australia at the moment - I think it's advertising one of the fast food chains. It's great you see the lady bump into an old flame in the street and of course he is just gorgeous. She goes home and the family are sitting around the table and she tells her husband she had met him but he'd gone to seed, fat tummy, bald etc. and he says something derogatory about how that guy had gained weight etc. and lost his hair! and then she of course lovingly looks at him, wipes away a bit of food from the corner of his mouth and says something like I picked the right one! The kids just look at each other with that "yuck" look that only teenagers can do. It's quite funny!
Anyway once again congratulations on reaching such a long time together. Love and blessings Chris

Thank you so much. He was my first and only boyfriend.I was 15 when we met and he was 20. Iam his only girlfriend also. We dated for 3 years then married. We are both blessed everyday that we met one another. We now are able to spend everyday together and enjoy each others company very much. Hugs Lynn
