please let me know if there are some designs we should avoid.

The other day I downloaded a freebie that was in the freebie tab. My AV didn't show signs of a problem, but right after I got that design my pc started acting very crazy it wasn't subtle it was very noticeable. I shut down my pc and booted up in safe mode and did a scan and wow I could not believe all the garbage I have picked up from visiting sites. Unfortunately you just never know from day to day if where you are visiting is safe or not. Even our most favorite sites can be vulnerable to being infected. I do not comprehend the mentality of these people that create viruses and worms and what not.

The same thing happened to me this week, but I don't know what site I had downloaded from. I ran my AVG and malware scans, and I had 14 malware problems. I got rid of them, and my computer is back to normal.

I think you are right (saw the advertisement at alphabets) and i am very happy an "answer" of him to one of my postings was deleted, it obviously was a trap.

And I hope all cuties accept this as a real danger and will not start a discussion about the generosity of "entrepreneurs" who just want to start a business.

I have gone to a few sites and they looked like his work so I just shut the window without loading any designs, I do not like the look of his designs anyways. Thank you for looking into it hopefully he will get caught and stop trying to destroy our systems, have no idea why someone would think it is fun but it is only mean exspecially with the economy the way it is no one can afford new equipment.

Do the files get scanned when they are up loaded.
I have shared many of my own designs here..
If there are any concerns with the designs by cuties
can we not verify ourselves...
if our community is under threat, we must all react to protect it..
also to protect new friends..
and all the hard work that Miss Veronica has done for all of us.

I don't know if the files are scanned when they are uploaded. I think the webmaster of this site would know.
Your own anti-virus program would scan them when you download the files.
