Okay what do the flower color and number next to the questions I ask mean? And are they used for anything?

Cuties like to give bouquets of flowers to show we have read your question or comment or in projects seen your project post. Some give flowers without leaving comments. The flower turns orange and says Thanks if you click on it. You can also give flowers to anyone who leaves a comment. Flowers are a way to show love and support. Sometimes we wish we could give a whole bouquet but you can only give a flower once. I am sure some other Cutie will have a better explaination. Just watch your garden grow. Becky *4U :)

Flower for you. I asked the same question when I started. Reading some of the tutorials from Marji (left side under tutorial) might help to get around on the site. You can always ask and someone will answer. WElCOME TO CUTE

The green flower turns orange when you click on it and increases the number by one. A great way to collect flowers is to ask or answer questions. You can give a flower to anyone who is helpful to you. You can also use flowers to mark a post you have already read. I don't think they are for anything else. The cuties that have been here the longest and are the most active have the most flowers. Us newbies have much fewer. So now sit back and watch your garden grow! Welcome! This is a wonderful site!

Answered by jrob (moi) 02/20/2008:

"Cuteembroidery.com is conducting testing at this time. Flowers will be used to provide new and additional benefits to users of Cuteembroidery.com." (That from Miss V)
They seem to be a good thing to be collecting because my bouquet surely does smell good and look pretty. As for how you get them, you get one each day (once every 24 hour period) that you visit the site. We can now get them from others on this area of the site, and also in response to questions and answers and Cudo's for projects. And that's the short answer! I'm sending you one now. ;)

jrob & nhsmith have answered this best - but remember - you can change a green outline to orange by clicking on it - it is also a way of keeping track of the Q&A that you have read, as stated. Right now your question has had 35 people that clicked on it - but 11 people that have answered it or made a comment. We can also click on everyone else's flowers, too. It is a way to say: thank you, have a good day, I like what you said, congratulations, and way to go. You can also give and receive flowers in other sections of the CUTE site: Projects, Designs by Cuties, Bookmarks, Personals, and Freebies. Have fun and please make sure that you are visable some way or the other - so that we can give you a flower from time to time - it is our way of sharing our love with you.
