KK2000 is a Sulky product. They are going more environmentally friendly with the newer green top can. Nothing to damage the ozone. I feel like I use the same amount, but that is just me. It is my one and only preference in TAS.

Good to know, because I have seen the new can and was not sure about it. It is tough since I am now living in an area that does very little machine embroidery. I am dependent on my Cute sisters for advice. Thanks

I use water soluable glue sticks instead of spray adhesives. They are available in fabric stores, craft stores and office supply stores. I usually buy them in bulk when school starts and all the stores have the super saver multi packs. Many brands available and they don't gunk your hoops up.

I use one called 505 spray and fix. I like it very much. It is temporary adhesive with no ordor!

I use a small squirt of 505 spray and use straight pins around the edges , making sure the pins are not in danger of needle hitting them. I usually only hoop the stabilizer and spray and pin the rest.

I admit that I have tried using pins, but I was so nervous about it that I only did it once, even though I had no trouble. I guess I am a creature of habit.

I'm not a fan of sprays. I read an article about using the blue painters tape, and have tried that, and like it. I also like hooping stabalizer then using a basting stitch to hold the fabric in place. If you want me to email you a copy of the article send me a pm.

Hi I am not a fan of adheasives also but I use 505 when I need to. I like it much better than others I have tried. It has a stickiness that a allows you to reposition the material a couple of times without losing it's stickiness. Hope that helps you. Suzanne

I use the 505 spray and haven't had problems. I get it at Joanns and use a coupon usually :)
