If you wait a couple of days the wedding font will surely be offered as a pack, which is so much faster to download. All alphabets are in packs and some sets of designs too. It's a fairly recent feature, so I'm afraid the rest you have to download one at a time.
Think of a way to organise what you download BEFORE you start doing it. Make categories to help you find them easier. You could use the different tags that are next to each design. If you have to do it afterwards it's one hell of a job - don't ask me how I know.
