I have a Singer Quantum XL6000 and do not know how to format the Smart Cards that it requires. Can anyone help?

Glad Meg will help you. I used to have that machine until about 2 years ago. ;-) I never used cards however, always transferred my designs through the PSW conversion SW straight into my machine. Good luck! :-)
