I had a couple of other designs say the same thing but I do like to complete alphabets. Single designs if I miss one or two won't make me lose sleep. Thanks for any advice,

I just tried and it does not work. I do have a membership and it should. With the switch in servers it could be a bug that needs to be fixed. I would e-mail Veronika. Click on the "contact us" at the bottom of the home page. Good luck
