Hold thumbs! My Bernina's plastic pressure foot broke off completely and for now "superglue" will have to work!

It worked! Stitched a design for 12 minutes, no problem. What an advertisement for Super Glue! Suppose it won't last forever and hope I will be able to get a new presser foot at short notice in SA. (with our exchange rate...) Maybe I buy one, but see how long this one will last.

What great news to know super glue works like that.
I will have to put some in my sewing room. Thanks for the tip. Judy

Suzette, which foot # did you break? Bernina makes so many that are almost interchangeable that you may have another that will work. I have a couple of foot description books. I would be glad to cross reference it for you. Kay

Thanks Kay, I got 1 last week in SA and to my surprise it was R10 (South African currency = less than $2!) I have ordered a few! The superglue did not last!
