If you want to be able to open them on your computer, you need some software like Pulse Ambassador which is available as a free download.

there are a few programs but it depends on what you need to send it to your machine, I have a viking D1 and use the 4D program to open and send my files to my machine weere others have different machines and use different programs,
So let us know what machine you have and maybe there will be someone here that can help.

Welcome to Cute. I hope this helps. I also use pes format. I use Studio Plus to store and organize my designs and Custom Works to do very basic things like controlling the density of the stitches in designs and resizing them. Good luck and don't hesitate to ask questions.

Marie at My Embroidery Haven has a page with downloads for Pulse Ambassador and Wilcom Truesizer, plus directions on how to use them. You can only view one at a time, but can also convert files to other formats. Check around her site for lots of information, and she has a great yahoo group. WElcome to Cute!
