I'm giving my machine a break...and no digitizing for me these days! I need to concentrate on soap. My Farmers Markets will be opening up in a few weeks...and I won't be called the "soap lady"...if I don't have soap! So, here's what's going on in my life these days. I make 3 batches a day (about 10 lbs total or right around 50 bars) and will continue with my "soaping marathon" until I'm satisfied that I have enough! I have added a "SMILEBOX" slideshow...with additional pictures. Look below for the link and click on it to view!

Looks divine! I still use soap and not shower gel in the bath. All the smells...ihm...better than cooking for me!

believe it or not, I still will use some shower gel myself! (don't tell anyone...) but I would HATE for you to know how many bars of soap have been in my shower at one time.....yikes!!!!

Making soap is fun, but expensive! There is a learning curve and danger zone....but it's still tons of fun!

Where are you located. I stopped at a craft fair on the way home and they had some lovely soap. I bought a bar of coffee soap. I'm excited to try it.
Yours looks lovely.

I'm in Michigan. I make a coffee soap as well...scent it lemon, and make it a round bar. This is my "Kitchen Soap". Do you know why we put coffee in soap? It actually neutralizes kitchen odors, My kitchen soap is one of my BIG sellers!

Thanks! You really need to give it a try...it's fun, just be prepared to spend some money, though...oils, both base and fragrance oils, are VERY expensive. Lye is also getting hard to find. Thank goodness, I have a lady who delivers 100 lbs to me...at my door!
