I had the same problem and posted a Help message also. We are definitely not alone. Lots of others are having the same problem. I have e-mailed the problem to the Contact Us link, but perhaps you should also. Maybe it will help them resolve the problem. Thanks.

Same problem here but Sewmom sent a message to Miss Veronika yesterday, and the problem will be repaired soon, hopefully.
