First of all ty Robin deer skin is leather from a deer. Most leather is from cow hide which is much thicker and harder to embroider on. I called a company WB Place and they had a remnant that they sold to me for $7.48 (shipping incl) the remnant (leather on one side suede on the other) was approximately 14" x 20" and I can make perhaps 10 - 15 keychains depending... the one I made was 6' x 1.25" if you would like their phone number feel free to private message me :)
