6 large tomatoes (peeled & seeded)
1 green pepper
1 large onion
lots of Cilantro 1 cup
jalapenos to liking
salt to taste
lime juice to taste
garlic optional
This makes a great pico de gallo (fresh salsa)
OR if you want to can it chop the tomatoes chunkier
I also add a couple cans of green chilies if I am canning salsa
