I've just realised that I've had my machine for six months today! (I only went into the shop to look at what was available to update my old sewing machine and I came out with a Janome MC 9700 and an Embellishing machine) I'd like to thank everyone here for their help, encouragement and inspiration over that six months.

No - this is addictive - and the more you have the more you want. Good luck with the new babies.

I love my addiction. Please no cure. I have less trouble in ignoring machines than designs. I keep to my 3 machines, but I admit I take advantage of Miss Veronika's sales. Like I need more alphabets, but there is always room for 1 more, right?

If there is one I've never found it. Can't say I've looked very hard though. Sure was tough when my computer crashed and hubby was out of work. No designs, no computer and hubby home 24/7. Too much to handle all at once.

Which addiction?
SADD - seriously addicted (to) downloading designs
DINE - designs I need eventually
Alphaholic - solely downloading alpha's
DEFDA - downloading every free design available
there are probably a load for when you get into digitising

there are probably others I have forgotten about at this instant

First you have to WANT to be cured. So far no one has come forward!
