I'm afraid you couldn't give me any of those ball sports. I'd rather watch sci-fi any day. :-)

My DH used to have 2 TV's with football, a radio with football. Keep up with what each was doing and be studying for a big test with the Navy. And ACE the test the next day. Never could see how he did that.

Since my husband has passed away I have no clue what is going on in the sport world. He used to be like Tippi's. Tv and Radio at the same time and flipping channels from one game to another. I used to take that opputunity to spend on the computer something he had no interest in. I wish I had him back. Wouldn't mind giving up the TV.

Know just what you mean; would give anything to get back a minute with those who are gone.

Can usually relate to sports especially well if I know someone on the team or a friend of someone on the team. Otherwise, I can find other things to fill my time.

Must agree with you. I live in a house with a sport mad hubby, and you should see when the two boys are here too. That is when I use every excuse in the world to just be somewhere else. LOL

My H is up north right now so I don't have to hear the Stanley Cup all night long. My dad used to have several tv's going and the radio. Several different sports all at the same time. How my mom lived through that is beyond me. I did my chores and headed to the beach. Oh, a thought just came to mind. Maybe that is why she worked nights... so she could sleep through all the sports.
