I use to live in Virginia...way back in the 70's..Doswell outside of Ashland..Use to live behind Kings Dominion...well that is what it was called back in the 70's.my fatherinlaw built and engineered all the rides in the park...

Sorry, but I am very lonely in North Dakota. For quilting advice, I know there are lots of Cute family members who quilt who will answer questions. Also try churches. Some of them might have sewing/quilting groups. Ask at fabric stores also. They often have info on sewing/quilting groups in the area. Good luck, welcome to the best Family on the web and show us your 1st quilt when you finish it.

Hi, and welcome. I live in Indiana near Harrison. I am going to a trunk show tonight at Seam Sew Easy Quilt Shop. Maybe some day some of us (like lv2sew) from the area can meet at tri-county for lunch and just chat. I have made & quilted a jacket, and done table toppers and baby quilts, but no big ones. GG

Yes ... it is near Cincinnati Mills. I just ordered EQ7 (upgrade from 6) from them. Maybe we can meet at Cincy Mills for lunch or something when I come in to pick it up (store ordered it).
