I downloaded this program about 2 years ago on the advice of a graphic print shop. Not sure if its still available, but its worth checking into. ~Rita

Rita, how thoughtful.
Yes, it is still available. Make your document in Word and convert it to a pdf file with one click of a button.
This is the one I have been using - it is really easy and I have had no problems with it at all.

I origionally searched with Google for "Free PDF".
There are a lot to choose from. I used the following and like it. Once downloaded you can turn anything into a PDF file by choosing it as the printer. It will bring up the document as a PDF file and you than can save it.

There is a website that allows you to turn any other website into a PDF file.
You just save the link to your browser favourites and when you find a webpage with information you would like to keep, you just click on the "PDFmyURL" and it turns the webpage into a PDF ready for you to save or print.
There is also Desk PDF, from Docudesk, which is the one I use to turn any document into a PDF, I did pay a small amount for a 3 year licence but it is so worth it.

If you use Microsoft Word 2007 there is a free plugin to download. Just download it and install and then Open Word and create whatever you like as usual then when you Save it choose Save as PDF.
To send PDF files just attach them as you would attach any file to your email.

Absolutely! Go to zdnet.com and search for Primo PDF. Download and install the program. To use, open the file you want to convert, choose Print from the File menu, and select PrimoPDF. You will be given the opportunity to name the file and choose a location on your computer to store it. Nothing will actually come out of your printer, the file will be simply be coverted to a PDF. EASY!
