Try Google. I am sure that if you type in machine embroidered birds you will get lots of sites. Also look for freebies in sites like Oregon Patch Works. You need to be patient, going through all the design packs but there are lots of freebies there, some I am sure will be birds.

What kind of birds Sigrun? Parrot, blue jay, cardinal, peacock...?

Have not sewn any of these out, but they sure look cute. Lots more pages of freebies!
