I don't know what is wrong with the 3 CUTE design cd's that I have. I put them in the cd drive & it don't even recognize them. I've used them before. Other design cd's work.

What do you mean you don't recognize them? Are there designs on them? Could you have mislabeled them?

If you mean that sometimes you put your cd in the drive and it does not auto play, this sometimes happens. Try this when it does. Insert your CD, then if it does not automatically open, go to Start, then click on Computer, then double click on the CD/DVD Drive and now it should open so you can view your files.

All the designs that I have collected from CUTE were supposed to be on there. They aren't on there. It is totally blank.

1. Can the disks be read in another machine?
2. Did you burn the CDs on this computer and what software did you use?
3. The other CDs that can be read... did you burn them the same way as #2 or were they bought from a digitizer (like Anita Goodesign, OESD).
We all will get to the bottom of this! :-)

I have not tried them in another computer. I don't know of anyone else that has embroidery software or a zip program to read them.
